WELLINGTON BRAT DOG IMPROV

This is for all you sports fans. I am not one of you, but hey.
Think of it as a variation on a corn dog!

Get high quality cooked bratwurst or knockwurst sausages.
Enrobe them in one eighth inch gizzard pate.
Roll those enrobed brats in the pastry, closing one end, and leaving one end still open.
Drizzle down the length of the dog a little gravy, and close that end.

Bake until pastry is brown.

Eat with spicy brown or Dijon.
