I have said this before.
Why shouldn't every successive Presidential administration issue its own new Presidential currency, for that term in office only.
Think of them as successive bitcoins...
Call it a variation on the spoils system...
Some of the founding fathers would have loved it.
They certainly did not want a national bank, baby! Except Hamilton, etc.
