What are the values he refers to?
I am going to guess that it is a short list: the rule of law, democracy with all its freedoms, race and religion color and creed blindness.
Whatever else it might be, I don't call that imperialism.
I don't call the global economic order 'Western imperialism' either, since the benefits from that have not and will not innure mainly to the West in the long run. In the short run, they seemed to, but that was delusional.
