INDIAN SCHMALTZ CURRY ITALIAN LEFTOVER WRAP IMPROV

Let's just say, that your wife, who is not ostensibly Jewish, has some old schmaltz she had rendered.
Let's say that you made an Italian tomato sauce with it, last week.
There is still some left!
What do you do with it, now?
Let's just suppose that you are also retarded, and need hand holding on this.
Fine.
Here's what you do:
You get some garam masala from somewhere.
Dump a few heaping teaspoons into an oiled skillet, let it cook on low for a minute or two. Use any oil you want.
Then throw in whatever raggedy old leftover pieces of meat you have.
Saute them for a few minutes in the garam masala oil.
Now, toss in the Italian tomato sauce you had sitting around. Simmer for a very short time.
You can serve this over anything, rice is traditional, but you can even do, say, toast! Or dip chips in it!

Tonight, I rolled some in a skillet toasted sourdough spinach millet lavash sheet.
