GLOBALIST POLICIES HAVE BASICALLY SLOWLY BLOWN YOUR COUNTRY UP
We have, here, a hollowed out shell of a national economy, and a flat globalist politics and popular culture.
Trump cannot solve that. It is systemic. The urge to globalize, and ignore domestic political economic and social issues and people, is written into our founding docs by the internationalist Jacobin American rebels.
They thought that the whole world would go their way eventually. It certainly seemed so with the onset of the French Revolution.
They thought that men of good will in all civilizations would eventually live in peace prosperity and harmony under the enlightened principles which they then espoused and disseminated.
None of that has happened, or will ever happen.
What has happened is that these Western ideas gradually blew up Western Civilization itself, and created adverse civilizational powers to rival ours at the same time.
The founding fathers thought that all people could have the American Dream of prosperity.
Prosperity is certainly what they want, but without Western culture attached. Most of them want prosperity, but also require an end to Western hegemony, and perhaps even an end to Western Civilization itself.
How else can their rising nations and civilizations prosper in a world of cutthroat scarcity and environmental degradation?
Most countries' governments, everywhere, have their backs to the wall. I would suggest that that has been the Wests' most important political legacy since 1760.
