This is a joke line, between myself and my daughter.
I like to say it, when something unexpected happens, suddenly, to her, say she wakes up too late for something, etc.
Now, Mrs. Clinton has given it more or less the same meaning, in my judgment.
She woke up, and I said "What Happened?"
She still doesn't know....
That's the punch line.
With Hillary, as with my daughter, I know what happened.
