How about voluntary euthanasia?
I recommend it for about three billion people, worldwide, now living on the brink of starvation, amid perpetual tribal and other kinds of war, and longstanding environmental degradation.
I say give them the choice? Call it aggressive human rights advocacy. Samantha Power can head up the initiative.
