Two or three divisions sent into Finland would have finished them off...
That would have been a great, or at least a better, outcome.
Given what the Powers already long had known about the dangers, and viciousness, of such regimes, it is hard to imagine why they failed to act, even with WWI just over.
The Great Powers in Europe, America, and the Russian people, deserved what they got, and will continue to get.
