THE MENU RISOTTO PAELLA LEFTOVERS IMPROV

You can use leftover chicken, sausage, and shellfish, and their slop, for this.
Saute a fair amount of arborio rice with a handfull of my drained pickle relish, and olive oil, for several minutes until rice getting brown. Splash in some dry Marsala.
Add some water, and after 5 or so more minutes, throw in whatever you have. You could even toss in leftover crumbled hamburger!
Saute until rice is done, say another 5 minutes, but don't either add too much water, or let it burn. Stir in grated Parmesan just before finishing cooking.
