THE MENU HOBO ENVIRONMENTALIST CACCIATORE IMPROV

This is what you do after the roast chicken dinner, if you don't want to do chicken stock with the carcass or just throw it out in the huge landfill garbage!

You throw this and the bones from dinner, and the slop from the pan, into a pot, with whatever Italian type veggies you want, cooked or raw. 

Throw in some canned tomato sauce which you doctor up with whatever spices you like. Simmer this covered for a while. 

For a more substantial cacciatore (which hobos cannot afford), throw in other leftover meat or shrimp, perhaps also something like a little bacon.

Make either pasta, mashed or leftover roast potatoes, thick bruschetta toast, or Italian arborio rice, you can even do a risotto, and serve the cacciatore over this with say grated Parmesan.

You have to watch for little bones since the carcass breaks down into small bones.
