This is, for me, the model of how transhumance should be run, at least by the West, and by forced example, the rest.

Refugees, and immigrants, from countries within a single civilization should then be absorbed back into other countries within that same civilization elsewhere, like Mexico here, not extruded out into other foreign civilizations as has been the model in the liberal West since the 18th Century, and the colonial West since the 16th.
