You can also call it The America Fallacy. All men are created equal, they are brothers, and they all belong in only one big culture, one civilization, the civilization of man.
This is a political philosophy tailored for use in buffer areas, or colonies or former colonies, or vassal states.
It doesn't work well in these areas at all, but what can one do?
