I will give you perhaps a deeper question to ponder:
Why didn't India buy Chinese missiles?
After all, they would get The China Price!
Might it have anything to do with The New Silk Road?
No?
Ask American economists, and they will say things like that the principles are no different from buying cabbages or Twinkies!
