At least I am one eighth Cherokee, but never got around to testing. I don't consider myself real Indian, but I think the legalities would say so.

My father, who was one quarter, claimed that his squaw grandmother was the meanest woman he ever knew.
That was going pretty far, since he certainly knew plenty of mean folks in his life.
