Another point to make is that Asia is now in a position to either challenge or ally with Russia, either way really, to end Western predominance anywhere on the globe at will, but most critically in both Western Europe and the Middle East.
Another point to make is that the LIEO he mentions, against which China and Russia now stand allied, is the very system, sponsored by the West and especially by the US, which China, above all, has used to catapult into military and economic dominance both in Asia and in the world.
