As Professor Kaiser pointed out, the Democrats had long done less than nothing for negroes.
Democrat politicians are globalists. They favor favors for foreign people of color, frankly any foreign color will do, so long it is not white, but not, not any favors at all ever for American negroes.
You can take that to the bank.
