You see, the deformed fiend Ogrecrat tool had actually been playing a cleverly disguised complex race card game, in that the very term 'dwarf', as applied to both Cruz and Rubio, doubled, as a kind of code term for ' small latino of color ', indicating, also, even Amerindians, Mexicans, of color, not just negroes.
Mexicans are all incredibly small.....short
It's really hard to play The Dwarf Card of Color for straight up negroes, but as we see, one can subtly smear them by implication by subtly lumping them with latinos, as small folks of color.
