By democratic legislation, people worth over say five or ten million dollars are dubbed social economic and political pariahs, excluded from voting holding office or even being often seen in public. Their excess wealth is to be condemned and distributed either to the government, or per capita to the remaining population, or in some proportion to both, based on criteria yet to be determined.
