It seems incumbent on liberal nation states, in order to survive fiscally, not only to attack foreign nations from other civilizations hacking into your free WWW, but also to simply suddenly bomb out tiny tax havens, low hanging fruit for global hackers, say with drone strikes!
This sends a message to globalist fat cats, tax evaders, public and private industrial and technical espionagers, and gang criminals, and nation state internet terrorists alike.
Kill two birds with one stone.
If a few islanders are killed, too bad.
Panama: Just bomb it out. Simple, not a lot of diplomacy or litigation.
The only thing you have to leave standing is of course the canal, which we should have insisted on owning from the beginning.
The competing Nicaragua canal should be stopped or bought out if reborn.
