White votes will not count for or against any candidate.
This will be called by the Chinese A Zero Sum Game!
Negro votes will count against the candidate they are cast for.
This will be called by the Chinese A Negative Sum Game!
When this system is instituted, the Chinese government will roar with laughter!
They will roar with the kind of laughter that Blasey Ford claims Kavanaugh and Judged laughed, and for very much the same kinds of reasons.
