Most of the people there are Amerindian, in other words, Asians.
So, ethnically and racially, West Africa (South America) is really mostly now negro Asian mulattos.
This would be, in many ways, an ideal population for China to colonize next, after colonizing Africa which it is now doing, with its already heavily Mongolian looking Asian Amerindian population.
