Several observations:
The universe is not the only one.
Physical changes, over very long periods (to us) of time, in the evolution of the universe, and others, has been relatively stable, allowing inferences back billions of years.
There is no evidence of anything like human thought, or any thing we would call thought, in the causation of the history of the universe.
There is no evidence that changes in the universe favored the development of organic life specifically here, or favor its continuation here or anywhere. A large asteroid strike could easily obliterate all life here for an extended period of time, if not forever, whatever forever means.
