This course was about DOD contracting compliance, but, of course, there are much much wider implications re how things have happened outside the sphere of government security.
Reconfirms my remarks here, about how our own LIEO, and our commercial and industrial market driven, IT, and IS arrangements have long failed us in so many ways (not just IT or IS), and will long continue to do so, into the foreseeable future.
