THE MENU BLEU CHEESE CAESAR IMPROV

I make a high quality Caesar dressing, but I skip the egg yolk and parmesan.
 
I then throw in a blend of bleu cheese mushed into sour cream, whatever proportions of any of these you like. I suggest more sour cream than bleu cheese, maybe twice as much, to start.
 
It might be good to start with say two thirds Caesar dressing and one third bleu cheese blend...

This post is for Boop, who always could use a few more ounces, here or there, fill out a dress, etc.
