THE MENU GRILLED WIENER SCHNITZEL SALTIMBOCCA IMPROV

This is just very briefly grilled veal schnitzel, over a wood fire, then breaded and or floured and fried briefly, in the traditional way, lemon juice ,capers etc.

One can also grill saltimbocca veal or pounded chicken, and then do it the different variations, but lightly batter or flour and fry it flat too. It is a twist on the original.
