On Whig founder principles, the negro out of Africa prehistoric first "modern" humans, circa 50,000 to 100,000 years ago,  should have given the indigenous European Neanderthal equalitarian hunter gatherers the vote, but somehow they didn't, in Rousseau's and Locke's state of primordial nature, and thus are now, and retrospectively, guilty of prehistoric modern human negro original original sin for killing off and eating (not bothering to enslave) their Neanderthal white asses.
