My own view is that, behind the scenes of subversions, agents of influence, and endemic institutional liberal leftism in Western democracies, it was more Stalin's initiatives than even Hitler's.
When Stalin allied with France, British leftists and rightists both appeased and egged Hitler on, and the FDR administration was in Stalin's pocket, that should have been the heads up for Hitler.
