World Trade Organization: How an African head could make a difference

I personally favor getting a negro to head this Clinton era organization.

It would send a message to everyone.

But it needs to be a dark enough one, not a Brazilian, not a Shaun King, not a half Hindu Kamala Harris pariah, not an American negro all known mulattoes, not a legit Africa !Kung too much ambiguity with Chinese and Mongolian lookalikes, certainly not a Jessica Krug Jew of color!

Need a full blood, black dark, full size, non cannibal, un Mongolian or Chinese looking Africa negro.

Transsexual either way, no problem. But no "they" Hindu Manjoo weirdness. In Africa, they kill those things for fun, for sport!

For my money, someone like the reformed and civilized General Butt Naked would make a perfect head of the WTO going forward. He certainly has had a lot of hands on experience with people.
