A BBC investigation has spoken to an organ trafficker who said his gang arranges 20-30 illegal kidney transplants every week.
The kidneys are mostly sold by African migrants and refugees who are trying to raise money to get from Egypt to Europe.
But the senior gang member told BBC Panorama that almost half of the donors don’t get paid after the operation.
Hiba was left with one kidney and no money after she was cheated by criminals following her operation.
They aren't "victims", they are criminal co conspirators who happened to get cheated.
Prison work camp is the right place for them.
They can still work with one kidney!
If Egypt can no longer afford prisons, then summary execution is a live option for these defrauded criminal donor illegals.
If Sharia law is back in place, then why not lop of hands of those committing the crime of organ sale?
They try to commit a crime by selling their kidney, they should lose a hand for that!
