Just look at two thin slivers, of mostly white folks, of the global population distribution:

1. Western Europe only (not all of the white area, which is both Russia and Eastern Orthodox white Europe, not the West. A substantial minority of Western and Eastern Europe is now of color.

2. USA (North America), but just remember that a lot of this population is now already of color, maybe 40%, and increasingly so.

About 19% of Western Europe and North America is mostly white. 

If you take out the denizens of color, the number of whites drops to probably around 10% of world population.
