Obstruction of justice, under our system, is so broad as to include many kinds of things normally associated with the proper exercise of many kinds of rights, freedoms, and liberties under the constitutions and statutes of federal, state, and local political bodies.
Almost no act or forbearance, of any kind, is such that it might not be held, in some context or other, by someone having some interest task motive or purpose, to constitute obstruction.
Each of these can be broader and vaguer, and more in the eyes of the beholder, than you think:

Am I obstructing justice, by criticizing the concept of obstruction of justice, or not?
