They are actually in places like Mumbai, Myanmar, and Afghanistan, etc., based on conversations. They at first claim otherwise, but eventually some admit it. They start out saying Atlanta, or Miami, etc.
These are not merely ID theft fraudsters. They are terrorist funding operations, and there are a lot of them it seems.
They say that Western security forces cannot even locate them, much less drone strike their call centers. I think that is correct.
