He does things, pure expressions of nationalism really, regardless of the outcome even, that no person in this country in power would have, could have, considered doing.

The goal, however, should not merely be to reduce the wild growth rates of these LDCs, and attacker states, but to put their economies into economic freefall decline, back into the rugged agrarianism again, from which they briefly, and erroneously, had been allowed to emerge. 

Deindustrialization should be the goal, not merely reduction in growth rates.
