THE MENU RISOTTO ROAST SLOP IMPROV

This is a truly great quasi recipe improv idea. I made this yesterday... As my grandmother used to say 'that was the best thing I ever put in my mouth!'

You get say arborio rice for a start.

Have on hand some nice leftover slop from roast chicken beef shrimp or pork, or a combination.

Do a skillet risotto, say throw in mostly mushrooms and onions with the rice. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add whatever slop you have, and a little water.

You can either keep sauteing or cover and simmer, your choice.

The rice has to get done.
