We hold these truths to be self evident....
Only a fool would do that publicly.
Rather like calling someone a nigger to their face and to their whole community.
I think that's fine, rather like calling someone here a whitey, or a racist white male, or a racist white female, which is ok for everyone here day or night to call out white people, it seems.
But I am in the minority. I can say odd things on my blog, but I don't have media status. I am not a newspaper.
They usually win their Constitutional claims or defenses.
They won this one. Foolish case.
His causes of action should have been different, but that is a different story..........
Here's a different, but very important, point, going forward:
The Capital Gazette would not editorially support an insanity defense for Ramos, baby!
For them, he will be as competent to stand trial as the day is long, baby!
