No doubt Drayton is funded heavily by these institutions.

 

They see global governance composed of all liberal individual changemakers, social entrepreneurs, everywhere. They don't like hard governments, they don't even like soft governments very much. Both have failed them.

 

Guess what? Changemakers don't especially like any of the governments they are in. That is why they are working largely as a shadow sort of globalist government ostensibly at the so called grass roots level.They want some thing much bigger, more inclusive, and much better, but also more open to each and every changemaker's next whim for change. They don't like racial distinctions, civilizational differences, religions as such. They basically don't like anything but individual entrepreneurial driven change toward ever bigger unity of all with all.
