We get this from some whacko farmers up near Alachua.
They occasionally ' harvest ' a wild boar, which live in the woods around there!
I am trying to decide how to use it, here and there, pate, blt, breakfast, bacon burger, etc.
Some readers of this blog may think of me as rather a wild bore.
