Anti Lincoln.
I am also rather anti Lincoln, but for very different reasons.

When Bolsheviki took power, 1917, during WWI, the first thing, almost, they did was to urge lower rank Russian soldiers to arrest their generals.
A military move similar to The Emancipation Proclamation during the Civil War.
