A high proportion of the West is already mixed ethnicity, while lower proportions of Asia, India, and Africa are. Thus the ethnic proportions based on these global data overstate white ethnicity population numbers for both Europe and North America, etc., whereas the pie chart to some extent crudely but properly reflects this, by color coding of North America as non white indicating both native Asian out of Siberia groups and negroes.
