In our system, many like this, without a trust fund, roam the streets everywhere.
That is democracy and laissez faire.
They tend to go off their medication, if left to themselves.
If they are wealthy, by inheritance, they plot anti social action sometimes.
They are, after all, by disorders of various kinds, anti social.
