If someone wrote such a book, it would have many points of contact and analogy with Huntington's The Clash of Civilizations.
(Apparently, as an aside, an Afro negro American radical, Haki Madhubuti, wrote a book on the necessity for global Negro revolutionary racism: Enemies: The Clash of Races, back in the 70s.)
