The West has misconceived its history to the point that one can think about history merely in racial terms.
That is as far as the younger people are able to go.
They don't see race civilizationally, and religiously, at all.
All they see is the Whig reductionism of race as the main topic and point of history, a history going back only to when they were born usually.
You couldn't convince them otherwise. Too much all around them stands against looking farther back, or questioning the primacy of racial equality, and racial distinctions neutralization, as the fundamental issues of their lives. Many other issues, while important, like gender rights, are now secondary.
