The only difference is which school one subscribes to.
How bout this: Jacobin mob glob and glob middle class first rammed up each other's globalist asses, then up Chicago school glob aristocracy's tight tiny globalist trickle down ass!
This is not actually how it would pan out, but this is the picture, based on economics theory, one can paint, based on their theories and rhetoric.
