So, I use leftover chicken wing and shrimp paella......
This dish, itself, is a simplified bastardization of Spanish paella.
I could have done a simplified paella a million different ways, but I chose shrimp and chicken wings....I threw in some smoked bacon instead of chorizo... dry Marsala...
So, I am getting some so called Alfredo sauce tonight, from someone else's pasta dish.
Alfredo does not exist in Italian cuisine! It is an American bastardized thing. There are various Italian pasta flavorings, al burro, Parmesan cheese and oil and or butter.... but no butter cream and cheese sauce for pasta, by itself.
What do I do with it?
I dribble it over the warmed over leftover paella!
Voila: Paella Alfredo!
