THE MENU

No, it's not African barbecued pygmies tonight.
I had made a sort of crazy ketchup, almost a tomato pickle ketchup sauce. Very complex.

Well, tonight for roast potatoes, I am going to kick it up and away.

This is a blend, to your taste, of the homemade ketchup, mustard, could be spicy brown yellow or Dijon, and mayonnaise, and maybe some olive oil! In my view, it should be runnier than ketchup or mayonnaise, or both together.

Not a thousand island, not a barbecue sauce, not anything really.
It is not what is known here as a French dressing, although American faux French dressing normally incorporates ketchup and oil. 
It is not a liquid Catalina, considered a modern variation on classic French vinaigrette.
