NOW THAT THE SUPREME COURT HAS SPOKEN ON OKLAHOMA

The Indian half should be governed entirely by Indian tribal law, or not governed at all.

No dual sovereignty was envisioned.
The Indian nation was a separate sovereign nation within the US. Should be an embassy built in Tulsa, and one elsewhere in non Indian territory.

Question: Does the Supreme Court's decision render the remaining half of Oklahoma a territory rather than a "state"?

Should this territory therefore seek admission to the union again now?

Or should it decline now to rejoin the union?

If not, does this constitute a state constitutional and tri sovereignty defect, going forward?

My own view is that these issues are not such as could be cured by valid Congressional legislation.
