I ACTUALLY HAD TO USE A MOTION IN LIMINE ONE TIME IN A JURY TRIAL

regarding the introduction of prejudicial and inflammatory inquiry and testimony that would constitute a sectional appeal in front of the jury. 

Few trial lawyers even know what it is, much less that it is objectionable.

It was an aspersion against my accountant business damage firm, offices in Miami, and the implication of the other side, I claimed, was that it was going to be claimed not only an out of town firm, but more importantly a Miami Jewish expert firm that had been tasked to short change, a Jewish trait, the plaintiffs' claim for compensation and damages against my client.

Very experienced and dangerous counsel on the other side. Dade City, not a place you would think of for such enlightened jurisprudence, but some judges,  believe it or not, occasionally rule according to law, having been old trial lawyers themselves sometimes. My motion was granted.
