DAVID REICH NEXT QUESTION

He talked about rampant endogamy in India.

It seems, from his own account, that something similar, maybe on a less rigorous scale, happened with the peopling of the Americas after 20,000 years ago.

What other analogies are there?

He describes a branching process, down from the Bering Straits, a couple of migrations, all  southward.

He does discuss a backflow into Eurasia at some point, but it is generally branching and endogamy in the Americas it seems.

The analogies to India  are stark.

Is this correct?
