What if Neanderthals were the product of less favorable mixing than modern human mixing?
That is one of his theses, it seems to me.
Well then, why not genetically engineer favorable and prohibit unfavorable mixing, based on his account?
Why even think of allowing individuals, of diverse and unequally advantageous populations, or mixtures thereof, to breed helter skelter further unsupervised, on Reich's account?
Since he talks about the foregone advantages of DNA medical research, on his own account, which some populations reject for irrational reasons, what real scientific objection could he interpose to this population mixture cop role suggestion for geneticists, which would doubtless have similar analogous or even better prospects for improving the lot of the multitudes?
Just plain least common denominator globalization mixing is equally to be avoided, perhaps, although that is the direction he goes ideologically.
