What to do? Throw it out? Never.
Add a can or most of a can of tomato sauce or other canned tomato product, and simmer briefly.
It is now chicken wing cacciatore to pour over noodles or risotto, or as a layer in a lasagna type casserole.
You could also convert it to Mexican, and make chicken and cheese burritos with it, to cut the salt.
Indian curry is another alternative.
